What will we talk about?

We will discuss an array of topics pertaining to behavior, emotions, trauma, relationships, confidence, shadow work, balance, mindfulness, accountability, action and more depending on your current situations. Your willingness and openness will lead us. I will do my best to make you feel comfortable, supported, encouraged, and emotionally supported.

I will not force you to speak about things outside of your comfort zone

I will hold you accountable. So, there may be some discomfort, but coaching is digging deep to look at our current selves; feeling discomfort allows us to feel newer forms of comfort.

The overall goal is to help you rewire thoughts and patterns. To assist with that, I will encourage you to do internal reflection, addressing suppressed emotions and traumas, subconscious reprogramming, reparenting, mindfulness, accountability, letting go of limiting beliefs, and other tools that will encourage you to release conditioned patterns, connecting with self.
Will Coaching heal me?

No, nothing or no one can heal you except for you. Healing is a journey of patience and gratitude that takes time and there are many different levels to it. I can and will only provide you with tools to bring you to the door ​

What is your approach to mindset coaching?
-
I personally developed a framework that focuses on enhancing clients' existing beliefs and patterns of thinking. I help clients recognize, question, and revise persistent patterns of thought that hinder their ability to thrive. In majority of situations, it is our thoughts that influence our behavior, emotions, and actions.

I have an intensive psychology and mental health counseling background, which heavily influences my coaching.

What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?

Therapists focus on the past and present while life coaches focus more on present behaviors and thoughts.

Depending on your experience; distress and dysfunction, you may be encouraged to see a therapist.
Are sessions confidential

I am a strong believer in the code of ethics for counselors, coaches, therapists etc.

All of our sessions are confidential. The only way I would be forced to break confidentiality is if you are in pursuit of harming yourself or other(s).
How and where are sessions conducted?

Sessions are weekly. Sessions can also be bi-weekly or more than once a week. We can decide on that together depending on your needs

We will meet through video calls.

I prefer video calls since 80 % of communication isn't through verbal language. Although I would love to see your beautiful face, you do not need to be on camera if that is not your thing, that's okay! We can discuss phone calls and text coaching.

I will provide a free link for video conferencing
Can I pay in installments?
-
Yes! There are weekly payments for each package except for single sessions. Payments are due before your session. If you have not paid before your session, we will reschedule until you do.
