Elevation Coaching Session

The elevation coaching session is a single session and is scheduled at your leisure. I understand everyone is different and may not want to attach any time frames to the growth process. And that is totally okay!

The end goal as with other options is to leave you with techniques that'll promote self-awareness, clarity, empowerment, self-resolve, and peace.

As your coach, I will hold you accountable and encourage you to take action to change outside of the session.
Investment- $75 per session

30-Day Elevation Challenge

The 30-day elevation challenge is your commitment to change and elevation. With 4 sessions plus 1 bonus session, you will get a feeling of coaching. Furthermore, you will gain insight as well as new perspectives each week covering techniques and topics that work best for your life's story. Together, we will work on a goal that will bring a sense of balance into your life.

This is your challenge to see exactly how much your life can change within a month just by practicing mindfulness, being consistent, taking accountability, and action. We plant the seeds, however, it is up to you to water them outside of sessions.
Investment- $300
Duration- 60 minutes, 1 session per week for 5 weeks
3-month Elevation Signature Package

With the 3-month elevation package, I will assist you in re-establishing your foundation. This package helps you identify and release thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that are not inducive to your growth.

Each week we will explore obstacles and doorways that can lead you to where you desire. Acceptance, Rewiring, and Action are the keys here.

You will identify your goals, we will set action plans, and the result is you trusting your thoughts, emotions, and new actions. You will have the tools to confidently walk in your power.

Duration- 50 minutes, 10-12 Sessions; 1 session per week for 12 weeks/ 3 months
Elevation Signature Plus

This 6-month package allows us to spend more time elevating together. Together we get to it! More specifically, we get to the roots of accountability, mindfulness, action, self-confidence, self-trust, using emotions as a compass, and accomplishing goals. Here you will learn to integrate all of you to recreate you.

We can also focus on goals that center around one or more of the following: relationships( self, spiritual, social, emotional, mental), shadow work, chakra balancing, and moving past depression & anxiety.

This package is for the woman that wants an in-depth self-detox and reinvention at a new opportunity in her reality. This is a journey to inner peace!

7 Week Chakra Balancing

This package is for the woman who wants to focus on balancing her emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies through balancing her chakras.

Each week we will focus on one of the 7th chakras. The 8th week being a bonus, we will spend a half-hour reviewing what you have learned.

The heart chakra will balance your capacity to receive and accept love. It will also bring awareness to your compassion, empathy, and connectedness with others. Your throat chakra will bring balance to speaking your truths unapologetically. Your crown chakra will bring balance to your spirituality. Your 3rd eye chakra will bring balance to your enlightenment. Your solar plexus chakra can bring awareness to your inner child and creativity. Your sacral chakra will bring balance to your passion and sensuality. Lastly, your root chakra will keep you grounded and clear.

Unfortunately, we don't always have someone to vent to. A lot of times people aren't interested in hearing our problems. Not everyone is trained at listening to hear as opposed to responding. You are not alone. I am here to listen to you.
